This is a darling 2 bedroom /2 bath home, sleeps 7. The house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. It is on a deep water canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, no bridges. Bring your own boat or rent ours . We rent our 24' pontoon boat for just $85 per day/night. Our policy is that you rent it at that price for your entire stay . If you only want it for one day or are only staying for two nights, it is $200. We also have two paddle boards and two kayaks included in the house rental. Both excellent for flats fishing... Bikes also complimentary to enjoy the popular (37 mile) Pinellas trail just a block away.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own bath, and a private sitting room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a queen pull out couch, and a chair and a half with a pull out twin bed. Pac N Play and High chair also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook top, full oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, beverage cooler and dishwasher.
Washer and dryer included and a large pantry to stock up for your family and guests.
Included is a 65” smart flat screen TV and 5g WIFI. We also have added a portable desk and chair for you to set up to work from home.
Screened in porch and large deck overlook the dock and water view. The Deck include a large gas grill and a Green Egg grill.
The location is close to the Pinellas bike trail and Innisbrook golf resort. Plenty of great restaurants locally.
