Equipped with new furniture, upgraded doors & crown molding throughout. A screen door accompanies the entry door which allow for more sunlight throughout the unit. 3 smart TV's with a brand new 65'' OLED TV with sound bar in living room, brand new 48'' OLED TV in guest bedroom. All TV's streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime & Paramount +. New hurricane sliders and windows replaced in 2024. King bed in the master and queen in the guest bedroom.
