This home features a spacious open floor plan with 9' ceilings through out with 5 bedrooms each having their own private bathroom. When you enter this unique house you will find the perfect spot to drop your beach bag & flip flops at the built in mudroom. Downstairs showcases a designer kitchen that is open to a large family room with a beautiful fireplace as the centerpiece! From here you can step out to enjoy the heated salt water pool with spacious decks all around. When entering back into the house you will find a wet bar complete with a built in wine cooler and ice maker making a day spent at the pool or beach much easier! There are 2 bedrooms downstairs each with its own ensuite bathroom and a full laundry room can be found down the hall.
Once upstairs the first thing you see is a large game room offering a separate space for the children to hang out while playing games and/or watching tv! You will find 3 additional bedrooms each with their own bathrooms on this level. On the south end upstairs, you will enter the secluded Master Suite. Here you will take in beautiful views of the canal and look out on to the Bay! The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and offers a wrap around balcony where you can look out at the pool below or the Bay while having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! The stunning master bath has a custom tiled shower and plenty of space to get ready with a large 2 sink vanity.
Once outside enjoy a short easy walk to the beach or take advantage of kayaking or paddle boarding with direct access to the bay from the house.
