The two lower levels feature all 4 bedrooms. The top floor features the open kitchen, living and dining room to take advantage of the Lighthouse Cove views. The first floor features the entry foyer and one of two primary bedrooms with en suite bath and patio. On the second floor, you'll find the second primary bedroom with en suite bath and balcony, two bedrooms and a full hall bathroom with shower/tub combination. The laundry is also located on the second level.
The third level is an open floor plan with the chef kitchen, island that seats 6 and dining area. The great room with large sectional and flat screen tv is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The 3rd floor balcony has views of Lighthouse Cove.
The rooftop deck on the 4th level has incredible sunset views of Lighthouse Cove.
