In addition to the balcony, featuring a view of the community's small courtyard canal, the entry level offers a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. The king master bedroom features a view overlooking winding waterways which are throughout the Community. The two additional bedrooms face the bay and share a hallway bathroom. One bedroom has twin beds, the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Accessible by a spiral staircase, the loft offers extra living space, with a futon and small bar height table with 2 chairs. Sit down and enjoy a view of the bay through the loft window.
