In addition to the balcony, featuring a view of the community's small courtyard canal, the entry level offers a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. The king master bedroom features a view overlooking winding waterways which are throughout the Community. The two additional bedrooms face the bay and share a hallway bathroom. One bedroom has twin beds, the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Accessible by a spiral staircase, the loft offers extra living space, with a futon and small bar height table with 2 chairs. Sit down and enjoy a view of the bay through the loft window.
The unit hascentral air conditioning, washer, dryer, WiFi and more. Parking includes one marked space and several unmarked spaces near the unit. SMOKING and PETS areNOT permitted.
