Positive: Well, we booked number 8, but when we arrived the AC was not working. However, when I called the resort phone number, Barbara was kind, patient, and successful as we were quickly resituated in number 3. We liked everything! Great location. Well stocked with towels, beach chairs, plates, etc ...

Negative: No cleaning supplies to use to wipe down counters etc ...we purchased some Clorox wipes, but I would have been happy to have some glass cleaner and a vacuum.
