The north main bathroom has a new vanity light, the south main bath has been repainted with the same color and has a new vanity light, and the half bathroom has been painted with a new color and boasts a new vanity light.
The downstairs level offers four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms (half bath has a new vanity light), a second great room with new sofas and amenities, and a convenient kitchenette. Everyone will love this downstairs great room complete with a TV, foosball table, and a vintage arcade machine retrofitted to play all the classics!
The backyard is fully enclosed and includes a private pool and an open-air game area.
