Here at Sunsets & Serenity, gathering on the large deck overlooking the bay and under twinkling lights, life-long family memories will be made.
This incredible private vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with little to no traffic except for the passing boats in the waterways and soaring ospreys and seagulls. Three levels of living space, seven bedrooms, and a great open room surrounded by windows to let the view inside. Plush sofas, chairs, and a large TV accent the living room, which opens to the dining area, kitchen, and an additional seating area. You will find unique artwork and décor in every area of the house! Beautiful kitchen with granite counters, loads of cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator, built-in oven, stove, and wine fridge. Large dining table and countertop seating is available, as are additional dining areas outside on the upper-level deck. Three bedrooms are found on the mid-level: An amazing main suite with an absolutely breath-taking huge custom tiled bath with a walk-in shower and private deck access with an outdoor shower; a second main suite with a private bath, and a bedroom with two twin beds that have access to a full hall bath. The linens and furnishings in all are just dreamy! A spacious laundry room is located just off the great room.
The upper level has 360 views of Sandbridge and the back bay, with an exercise room perfect for yoga.
The lower level of Sunsets & Serenity is home to four additional bedrooms and a convenient half bath; a child-themed room with two Twin/Twin bunks and pool deck access (safety lock installed), a Queen bedroom with pool deck access, King bedroom with full bath and double sinks (can be locked off just for this room or accessed from the hall), and a King primary suite with full bath and pool deck access.
Most of Sunsets & Serenity's guests will find they spend a lot of time on the back pool deck, raised and over the water, almost giving an "infinity pool" effect. Surrounding the pool are resort-style loungers, tables and chairs, and umbrellas for shade. Your kids will enjoy fishing and crabbing off the dock! In the evening, turn on the string lights and watch the sunset on the horizon. With no commercialization behind you, the expansive Back Bay Refuge for wildlife and land preservation offers unabashed serenity and calmness, making this a most special and unique vacation home. Previous reviews have noted it is the best spot in Sandbridge to paddleboard and kayak.
Beach access is a breeze! The Sandbridge Community has public beach accessways, drop-off areas, bike racks, and the nearest Tuna Lane access is located at one of the widest parts of Sandbridge Beach. Additional amenities include three outside hot/cold showers as well as a surf closet for storing your beach gear.
