The first level consists of an open living and dining area, plus a well-equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. On the second level, you will find the oceanfront owner's bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom on this level with a king and single bed (facing the bayside). The top floor bedroom with a queen and twin mattress. Flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a library of books & DVDs, board games, charcoal grill, outside shower, and Wifi. Note: Fireplace is not available for guest use.
