First floor offers two outside showers, laundry room, full bathroom with shower, den/TV room and a second den with French doors opening out onto a patio and the large side lawn. Second floor has a massive double height library/ family room, an updated modern kitchen with breakfast nook and porch with gas grill, dining room, living room, butler's pantry and powder room. The wide wrap-around covered porch has a large dining table, hanging day bed and antique wicker furniture. Third floor has a large master bedroom suite with a king bed, spacious walk in closet, large master bathroom with both a modern shower and claw foot tub and a private deck with ocean views. Two other bedrooms (one queen bed and one double bed) each have en suite bathrooms and the mezzanine overlooking the library has a desk ideal for remote working with a view. On the 4th floor you'll find three more bedrooms and two bathrooms: the first spacious bedroom has its own seating area, window seat and a double bed; the second bedroom has a double bed, and private bathroom with a claw foot tub, window seat and roof deck; and a third bedroom has two twin beds. The owner provides beach chairs for tenant use and June and September rentals come with a 10% discount on a golf cart rental from Shore Rides.
