Easy location to find and location is within walking/biking to the Dollar General, local grocery, our Santa Claus IN Post Office and several small town restaurants. Enjoy the quiet times with a picnic area and burn pit and grill. Right next door is X Marks the Spot (Green) if you need more space for family or friends.

Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.
