Pets: Pets are welcome! We allow dogs and cats. No breed or weight restrictions. We are pet friendly but only allow pets that are HOUSE BROKEN. Please do not bring your pet if they have not been house trained. This may cause you to incur extra fees for cleaning and/or damage. Please keep your pets on a leash when outside the home or fenced in area.
Please note that this is salt water and all waterfront homes in this area, up and down the Coast, will see jellyfish during the summer. The Chesapeake Bay experiences jellyfish from the months of June-August. There is no way to predict how many will be there. Some weeks you will see very few and some more. This can vary depending on the tides, weather, etc.
Before you arrive you will also be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
