The rear of the house features a spacious deck off the back of the house and a large balcony off the master suite. High speed internet is provided. Three kayaks and two paddle broads are available in the summer (free of charge). Two crab traps and one live box are provided for guests to catch crabs from the backyard pier. A BBQ grill with propane tank is also provided. Local crab houses and restaurants are within easy access.

• Maximum of eight people, unless otherwise agreed. No additional visitors or guests allowed at the property.
• This is a private residential area, no parties or events. The focus is on relaxation and a peaceful break.
