The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed, Dresser, Night Stands, TV and an option to pull out a twin bed if needed. All rooms have walk in closets, blinds, and ceiling fans. 2nd Bathroom has tub and shower. Both Bathroom are equipped with Towels and wash rags, hand soap, and toilet paper. There's enough seating for 6 in the living room and has a 65" TV with standard cable hookup channels. Both Bathrooms equipped with towels and wash rags. Kitchen equipped with all cooking and eating supplies and comes with refrigerator, microwave above stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker with coffee filters, walk in pantry and plenty of cabinet space. Table seats 6. Washer and Dryer with entry into garage with room for 1 car and plenty of parking in driveway. Large Backyard and room on side for RV parking with locking gate. Backyard is fenced and backs up to a wash so there's no back neighbors. Covered Patio with BBQ and Lounge Table! Great Condition and is kept VERY clean!
