o If cancellation is 30 days or more before date of arrival, deposit is refunded in full.
o If cancellation is 14-29 days before date of arrival deposit is refunded at 50%.

o No-show reservations are non-refundable.
• All reservations are subject to a 10% resort fee, 10.3% state and local taxes.
• Check-in begins after 4 p.m. or as accommodations become available. We are happy to offer early check-in when your accommodation is clean and ready, so please stop by the front desk, located in the Mountain Inn, as soon as you arrive. If your accommodation is not ready, you can pre-register and start enjoying the resort facilities.
• Photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
• AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and DISCOVER cards are accepted.
• Credit or debit cards will be authorized at check-in for incidental charges - $20 per night. Any excess authorized funds will be released after your departure; it can take 3-7 days for your financial institution to release the funds.
