This nicely appointed White Oak townhouse, within the gated community of Wintergreen Resort, is a CLEAN, NON-SMOKING, NO PETS unit that accommodates up to 6 guests.
***Our no pet/no animal policy allows renters with allergies to rent with confidence (the property owners also have severe allergy issues that prevent ability to accommodate pets/animals.)***
This is also our 2nd home, so we take great care to have a clean and comfortable place for our guests and ourselves. It is not packed with our personal items, because we want you to feel at home!
No “overflow guests” from other property owners. Renter must stay in property with other guests. If you would not have guests stay in your home, don’t send them to ours.

In the Winter, after a day on the slopes, relax in front of the fireplace. In the Summer, enjoy Lake Monocan (not open to the public on Saturday).

Renters should bring consumable items (toiletries, detergents, etc.) with them. We provide everything else!
