Positive: We loved being away from the noise of Dewey's main drag. The rental's open layout meant no one missed anything unless they wanted to. And the the street's only beach traffic was renters or owners.
Negative: There were a few minor maintenance issues that we notified the agent about earlier. They were so minor that they won't keep us from renting this property for years to come!
Summary: Perfect location amenities and weather.
