Private pool (above-ground with deck) is reserved for you, in season. Large pavilion with grills and fridge makes a great place for multi-family events, but no drinking parties allowed.
The serenity of this place is amazing. Relax on the patio or in the comfy living rooms. Cook in the large pavilion; take walks over the hilltop for a spectacular view and a tranquil touch with nature.
This listing gives you exclusive access to the whole retreat. It includes the full main house and the attached Cozy Cabin--3 complete living units, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. It also includes the pavilion, pool, patio, firepit, children's play area, 10 acres of grounds including large lawns, brushy woods with stream and trails, and a 3-acre hay field. For winter-time fun, we have a spectacular sledding-hill next to the house.

A 55" TV is present with an HDMI cord. No programming is provided, but you may bring your own device with HDMI or USB-C output (laptop, phone, Dvd player) and stream media via your device.

Four bedrooms have a bathroom on the same level, two do not. The main house is laid out as a side by side duplex with crossover access on the first floor but not on second floor. Those who use the two bedrooms upstairs on the one side will need to use the downstairs bathroom.
