Welcome to Sur La Mer, a newly constructed home completed in time for fall of 2024. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a queen pull out couch, this property comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests (8 adults, 3 kids) in beds, making it the perfect spot for your stay in Cape May. Each bedroom has as a twin size trundle bed that is stowed under the queen bed.
Sur La Mer is a one of a kind property. The first floor includes 9' ceilings, open concept living, large accommodating kitchen & bar area. You can take a leisurely stroll to local restaurants or retreat back to the privacy of Sur La Mer's kitchen to relax and enjoy after a day at the beach or relaxing by the pool. With a full stocked kitchen, you can easily prepare and entertain for up to 11 guests with seating for all.
For the fall and winter season of 2024-2025, Sur La Mer will not have the pool or backyard patio/cabana area available for use, as the pool is still being completed. The pool and patio area will be made available for use on all rentals taking effect on April 15, 2025.
The 2nd floor patio and the rear deck are available for use during this time.
During the period of June 15th through August 17th, rentals are required to be a mandatory 7 day rental arrival and departure on Sundays.
All linens and towels are included in the nightly price. There are (6) beach chairs & (1) umbrella available for use along with beach bicycles, upon request.
There are also (6) beach tags available for use on the cape may beaches.
Starter paper towels, tissues, trash bags and toilet paper are included along with starter dishwasher, sink & hand soaps.
All other rental periods are a minimum of 3 nights.
Off street parking can accommodate 2 vehicles in the driveway during the renovation of the pool & backyard, when completed 3 vehicles will be able to park in the driveway.
