Enjoy the lovely screened porch, and a private walking path down to Deering Reservoir—one of New Hampshire's cleanest lakes. Great local restaurants and pubs, just one hour from the Massachusetts border.
Warm weather guests can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, hiking, and more. Bring your own boat! Just minutes from golfing, hiking trails, and historic sites. For winter fun, this home is just minutes from three ski mountains featuring over 100 ski trails, night skiing, terrain parks, tubing, etc. The lake and surrounding areas provide excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
