This apartment, with SEPARATE ENTRANCE was just renovated to be exclusively used as AirBNB, so you will not be living among other people's belongings. This is a large apartment with lots of light. You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as a side porch and a patio for grilling.
Since there is a coded entry to get in, there is no need to meet me for keys, but we live nearby and are usually able to be there quickly if there is anything that you need.
This is one of Pittsburgh's truly walkable neighborhoods. Known as Little Italy, but by no means limited to Italian cuisine, it is home to some of Pittsburgh's most popular bars and restaurants, and a number of unique stores.
You will be a quick walk to numerous buslines that will take you to downtown, Oakland, Shadyside, East Liberty, or a number of other popular neighborhoods. You can also grab a bike from the bike share program, or walk to Lawrenceville, Shadyside, or the Strip District.
You will have access to a brand new laundry room that is right between the bathroom and kitchen.
