Your third level offers a substantial primary suite w/ King Bed, private bathroom, balcony, and smart flat-screen TV. The final bedroom on the 3rd level offers a queen bed, smart flat-screen TV, and a full hall bathroom. Your top-level loft area will accommodate four guests w/ Pyramid Bunk Bed and Queen Bed.

Only 1 mile to Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, super easy walk or bike ride. Just steps from Rehoboth Ave, restaurants, tax-free shops, and a farmer's market on Tuesday across the street in the public community Tot Lot (community playground). You are also located a few minutes from the Breakwater Trail, with biking access to downtown Lewes.
PARKING: Three parking spots are available: One in the garage, one in front of the garage, and one assigned spot #67.
