In addition, the property has an adjoining/in-law unit with separate access and is complete with a living area, bedroom, bath, and eat-in kitchen. The house has a new outdoor shower another indoor bathroom (now 4) with a bath tub and a pool table where the garage used to be. Lots of parking offers driveway, with two circular parking locations Great for entertaining!

Small Dogs Are Welcome - $100 Pet Fee per animal (Non-refundable)
Please make sure you clean up ALL waste after your dog and if there is excessive dog hair, if you fail to clean it, you will be charged extra for cleaning services.
If you have more pets than stated in the contract you will get an EXTRA fee. We have people monitoring the house at all times, so please, ask about pets.
CLEANING
Please put all dishes into the dishwasher before your departure or you will get charged for extra cleaning services. Any cleaning requirements that goes beyond the cleaning service due to your stay will be charged to your account.
We have rental agreements to verify your rental dates, to abide by house rules, and to handle reasonability for any damages that occur on the property.
