It is a two bedroom 1 bath apt, clean, spacious, decorated very nicely and in excellent shape. Full kitchen, stove & oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central AC, Cable TV & Firestick, Internet, etc. Ample street parking on the block. Close to subway, bus, minutes from NYC ferry to Manhattan & many available local Taxi.
