Enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled stay less than 5 miles from many of Scottsdale's main attractions, with the privacy & comforts of being at home. This cozy farmhouse-style home sleeps up to 12 comfortably & is centrally located - 10 mins from the airport and less than 5 mins away from Old Town Scottsdale, 5 mins away from ASU's campus/Mill Ave, spring training stadiums, etc. Enjoy plenty of activities: giant Jenga, ping-pong, corn-hole, poker, & darts! Pool can be heated for a fee!
This home has lots of seating and sleeping options inside and out - perfect for large groups or families.
*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. Heating fee will be $150 for the minimum, and any additional days will be $75 per day*
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an attached bathroom and a smart TV. The second bedroom can accommodate four additional guests in one queen size bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. The third bedroom has two queen size beds to accommodate an additional four guests. The entry room slides closed via the barn door to create another bedroom space, where there is an oversized queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests. There are two full bathrooms. There are plenty of mirrors throughout the house (that are conveniently placed next to outlets) so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed. There are also full-length mirrors in every bedroom.
The very spacious backyard has plenty of room for all your favorite activities - pool, large canopy, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, corn-hole, ping-pong, outdoor grill, fire pit/couches, giant Jenga, darts, and a golf game – “PutterBall”.
There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels for up to twelve guests, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked as well with all your cooking and baking needs, along with enough place settings for 12 guests. You will have access to a two-car carport. The house has a security system and keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in for self check in.

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
