Summary: The room was very clean, but a few things were lacking....no phone (but one was installed as soon as we brought it to their attention), no blow dryer (but one was delivered to the room as soon as we brought it to their attention, and no bath gel (even after we brought it to their attention). We realize that this is a new wing in the hotel but someone should have done a room check before it was rented. I realize it was the Thanksgiving weekend but as a traveler it was somewhat inconvenient.
