Summary: I tried contacting the renter to find out how to check in, get key or password via Vrbo. I never received a response even though Vrbo said my message had been sent. I then found the phone number for the renter, called and left a message asking the above mentioned. Never received a response. I arrived at the property and tried the phone number again and luckily the renter picked up my call. That was a little frustrating because she said she normally would not have picked my call, she thought I was someone she was doing business with.
