My house is spacious and bright, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, basement game room, office, open kitchen with breakfast nook, family room with formal dining room and living room. Kitchen and Family room open to a 2-tier deck with bar-b-que, fire pit and patio furniture to sit and relax. In the summer, enjoy a dip in the heated pool or nap on a hammock in the shade or in the sun. Sip coffee in the morning or a refreshing ice tea at sunset and enjoy local wildlife.
The neighborhood is tree lined and quiet, off the main roads but within 1 mile of SEPTA R3 Regional Rail line and the Media-69th Street Trolley. Also 2 mile from main access routes, Rt. 476, Rt. 1 and I95.
I am very active, enjoying outside activities and sports events, born and raised in the area, so can provide suggestions on tourist locations and local hidden treasures. I live with 2 big but very lovable, friendly and well behaved dogs.
