Late fall through winter views include a nearby lake and adjacent agricultural fields that are frequented by native wildlife including deer, turkey, hawks, and coyotes.
The back of building faces a tree lined buffer adjacent to a RR spur-line. There is often no rail
traffic but there may be a short train and/or an early morning train -- no train
horn/whistles.
