Welcome to 1149 Greens Drive in Simpsonville, Kentucky. We are excited to host players, guests, support personnel and fans for the 2024 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club. This house is 7.2 miles to the grounds and an easy 10 minute drive. Built in 2021 and on the University of Louisville Golf Club, this house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, completely new appliances and a gorgeous view of the golf course. The kitchen features all new appliances including coffe maker, microwave, air fryer and guests are free to use dishes as needed. Living space has a comfortable couch with enough seating for up to 8. The primary suite has a queen sized temperpedic mattress with an adjustable base overlooking the golf course. The primary bathroom has a large double vanity and walk-in shower, water closet with bidet toilet. The second bedroom on the main floor also features a queen bed with detached full bathroom. Second floor consists of bedroom 3 with two twin beds and connected full bathroom. Queen sized air mattress available upon request.
During the event, University of Louisville Golf Club are offering tee times to non members, please request more information from the owner if interested in booking a tee time.
