We are just steps from Crescent Park and a short Uber/Lyft ride to the French Quarter. Right across the street, you'll find a top-rated local coffee shop, and within walking distance, some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans—including our personal favorite, Bacchanal. Whether you're here to unwind with family, collaborate with colleagues, or explore with friends, the Bywater offers something for everyone in a quiet and welcoming setting.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by bike or Uber. Many Bywater destinations (The Country Club, Suis Generis, Elizabeth's, etc.) are less than a 5 minute walk. The French Quarter is a brisk walk or a short taxi/uber away; however, many locals prefer to spend time here in the Marigny/Bywater, on Frenchman Street, or in the local galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafes that are all nearby.
Walking in this neighborhood is quite safe, but we do recommend that you be aware of your surroundings at all times.
