The main level is spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating around numerous areas. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need to cook for the masses. The master King en suite has a private deck on the upper level. A second Queen room is also upstairs. The third King bedroom and second full bath are on the bottom floor.
Take advantage of the quiet cove to use one of the three Kayaks, or the Paddleboard which can be can be adapted for fishing with rod holders to begin your adventure. This is a family fun home whether fishing, swimming, or simply catching some rays. The yard play host to deer and birds as the trees provide nice shelter (cue the wildlife).
The home is conveniently located near Downtown Moneta, with bunches of dining, events, and shopping just a short drive away. Grab some local farm-raised beef, zucchini, or tomatoes at the open-air produce market and spark up the gas grill on the patio for a fresh, home-cooked meal. Or rent a boat and moor it at the dock.
