On 26 acres of wooded land with the Bald Eagle Creek snaking through the front yard, find your adventurous side in this OFF-GRID cabin that boasts in modern amenities like on demand hot water for showers, two bedrooms, a refrigerator, stove/oven, and even a SmartTV. Please be aware we do not have WiFi. We recently installed a septic system and an outdoor toilet for added comfortability. Enjoy your camp fire dinner on the new deck over the creek. Enjoy a paddle down the creek on the aluminum paddle boat.

We do supply a quiet, efficiency generator to run any appliances that require electricity. The first 10 gallons is supplied at no additional cost to you, any additional propane needed will be yours to purchase.
The home is only accessible down a gravel road with train tracks surpassable only with a larger vehicle or 4 wheel drive. Exercise caution when traveling on this gravel road. Your pets are welcome to join you! We ask that any pets are mentioned in the booking, and owners clean up after their pets and dispose of any waste properly. Please be aware there is a $100 fee plus associated taxes and fees for their stay.
Our home is not equipped with WiFi, but there is good cell signal here. You are welcome to connect the Roku TV to your hotspot to stream your favorite shows.
You have access to all parts of house and land (26 acres), river. Maps of property lines available in the guest portal.
We will not be available in person, but feel free to reach out via the app with any questions. In case of emergency, call using the number provided in our profile.
Enjoy 26 acres of woods and clear cut, take a canoe on Bald Eagle Creek - paddles and life vest provided (in loft). Mill Hall is close by for anything you may need. Bald Eagle State Park is also close by.
You'll want a 4x4 vehicle to get to this home as it is a remote property (on a rough gravel road). City of Mill Hall is close by but far enough away to enjoy your privacy.
Use care when traversing railroad tracks.
Keep infants and toddlers away from river. No smoking inside cabin. Quiet time between 11pm - 4am.
No automatic Sunday check in. Our cleaners do not clean on that day. Please request if needed.
