Sleeping 6, the condo is just the right size for 3 couples or small group or family. Sip a cool beverage or morning coffee on one of the two decks. Walk or bike to both downtown Dewey or Rehoboth Beach. Bonus: Unit offers 2 off-street assigned parkin spaces and owner graciously offers beach chairs and an umbrella! All rentals must be a two week minimum. No Pets or Smoking Please.
Guests pay $185 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
