The kitchen contains quartz countertops, and appliances include an oversized, French-style refrigerator, a large island with seating, and a large dining table with comfortable seating. The great room has a sectional sofa and an entertainment unit with a large TV with cable, DVD, and Dolby surround for TV/music. The laundry room houses an oversized washer/dryer and a second refrigerator. The screened-in porch has a ceiling fan, outdoor speakers, and comfortable seating. The second floor has a large entertainment space with a sectional sofa, a foosball table, a TV, DVD, cable, and a library of family-friendly DVDs and games.
