There are nearby kayaking spots and a bike trail that runs along a canal. This beach cottage has many little unique surprises and is the perfect spot for a small beach vacation! This home includes passes to the community pool and tennis courts (2 blocks away), and is situated on a lovely-fountained pond with a small private beach, includes grassed side yard with a picnic table, outdoor shower, and has screened porches that overlook the pond.
This true Key West style beach cottage is built on pilings with a front porch with Adirondack chairs. When you enter the home you'll be greeted with a beautifully decorated home. The living room includes a new smart TV that includes wi-fi and cable (media-com) that sits over a large credenza full of board games-perfect for TV and game night! The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home and even a French-press. The dining area offers a table that seats 6.
