Beautiful OCEANFRONT duplex with five bedrooms, three full and two powder rooms with plenty of sleeping for 12. The first level has a garage with parking for two cars and is also where you will find beach chairs and an extra refrigerator to store drinks and ice. Also located on the first level is the laundry, 1/2 bath, a bedroom w/ two twin beds, an enclosed outdoor shower area, and direct access to the beach and boardwalk. You may use the spiral staircase to access the main living level or go directly from the enclosed front steps at the entry to the property. The 2nd level is where you will find the main living area with expansive ocean views. A deck off the living room is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. An electric fireplace to ward off chilly nights and a large smart TV are offered to make you feel right at home. A large, well-equipped kitchen/dining area is located just behind the living room, where a pass-thru is located, so you don't feel separated from the rest of the party. The next level offers three additional bedrooms, including a primary oceanfront bedroom w/ a private deck and king-size bed, a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with a queen sharing a hall bath. Up the steps to a loft, you will find another full bath, two queen beds, and a pyramid bunk bed. Just park and walk!

THINGS TO KNOW: Pet-Friendly- one dog only under 40 lbs with a pet fee. There is a small electric grill available for guests. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package for guests. No smoking!
