8A New Castle is an ocean-block, single-family home. The first floor includes a kitchen and dining space, plus a separate living area. There are also two bedrooms that share one full bath. On the second floor, guests are treated to a breakfast bar, recessed lighting, and 50 inch Smart TV in the upstairs living area and three bedrooms, plus one full and one half-bath. Guests will love spending time on the screened-in porch off the front of the home. Being so close to the beach, the porch has exposure to calming ocean breezes every day.
There is off-street parking for two cars, plus two on street permits.
Pets are permitted with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted.
