Complete renovation, brand new flooring, windows, cabinetry, appliances, granite countertops, ensuite bathroom, laundry room. New queen sofa sleeper. Pet friendly and close to everything! The entire property compound has two other units (a 1 bed/1 bath upper unit and a 2 bed/2 bath in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house currently under renovations that will be completed by July 2022.
