WIFI allows you to stay connected. Enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen w/ glass-top electric range, retro looking microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. The cabinets are fully stocked with equipment to cook and enjoy your meals. Dine at the 51" custom cherry live edge table with seating for 2. The bedroom is comfortably appointed with a queen size bed, large dresser, ample closet space, ceiling fan, Edison-style lamp on the bedside table, flat screen TV, and a lineal electric fireplace. Modern bathroom w/ curbless shower, comfort height toilet, and floating vanity. Laundry located in enclosed closet. Stepping out the rear door you enter the screened-in porch w/ dining area, access to parking and fenced-in yard, grill deck, and gas fire pit with seating to enjoy your time. For the months of April- October (temperatures permitting) you may use the outdoor tiled shower for 2 in complete privacy looking up at the aerial view. We welcome your dog with bowls, sofa cover, and natural treats. Maximum weight for your dog is 30#. Only 2 dogs are allowed with a $125 fee for one and $125 for the second one. Send information for approval. We do require that you cleanup after your dog and and attend to them outdoors. Please note that our home does not accommodate children.
Our home is convenient to Route 30 & 283 to travel easily to Columbia ,Lancaster City, Amish country ,covered bridges, Gettysburg, Hershey and day trips to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, or NYC.
