After careful restoration efforts, our modern barn-style home was rebuilt in 2020 with the help of renowned Spanish architect, Maria Milans. The light-filled, minimalist interior houses 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open plan living space, and games room. The house comfortably sleeps 6. Also located on the historic estate is a guest cottage and treehouse, available to rent during certain months. These structures do not share any of the facilities with the main house.

The main bedroom has a queen- size bed, vaulted ceilings with original beam work and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The kids’ room currently has a traditional crib (an additional pack n’ play is also available and/or a queen sized bed can also be arranged). The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with large closet. The upstairs floor is equipped with a full bathroom and tub, washer/ dryer and linen closet.
In addition to the large open plan living room and kitchen, the downstairs floor also has a powder room and sitting room with large sofa and smart TV.
Apsley Hill Farm is conveniently located 90 minutes drive from NYC, 15 minutes from Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck and Millbrook. The historic FDR Homestead, Vanderbilt Mansion, Culinary Institute of America, and Omega Institute are only 10 minutes away.

Our property is conveniently located 15 minutes from Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck and Millbrook. The historic FDR Homestead, Vanderbilt Mansion, Culinary Institute of America, and Omega Institute are only 10 minutes away.
Surrounding Nature and Animals: Apsley Hill Farm is surrounded by Hudson Valley nature so be prepared to see deer and other wildlife including the occasional bug. We have created walking trails through the woods accessible via a bridge/ walkway. A beautiful stream with babbling brook runs throughout the property. If you are lucky you will even see our friendly resident groundhog, Oliver!
Pet Policy: We love pets and try our best to accommodate dogs in our home. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and do not allow cats. We charge a $150 pet fee which covers allergen cleaning of linen and rugs and also covers wear and tear from furry friends. We ask guests keep pets off furniture and beds at all times.
