NO LARGE GROUPS/PARTIES
Guests will have access to the entire property. There’s ample room for parking, the HUGE patio area under the house, and the 1,200sf home. Two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, one more full bathroom downstairs connected into the patio. Lastly, you’ll have full access to the grounds and waterfront.

Because the water level at Lake Medina changes, the access to the water is subject to change as well. As of June 2023, the lake is about 5-6% full or about 75-80’ low.
