- The base price for the rental is for 2 guests, and will include your bedroom of choice. After 2 guests, each additional guest is $25 per night. This is to help keep the costs down if you will not need to utilize all of the bedrooms.
- A discount per night is automatically calculated for stays longer than one evening. There is also a discounted rate for 7+ consecutive day stays.
- Prices are also subject to a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee, and all applicable state and local taxes.
- A $200 security deposit for any damages of property will be placed as a hold on the payment method used, and returned after your stay.
