Welcome to Lazy Bear Lakehouse! We purchased this home in September of 2020 after falling in love with Bear Lake. We found this to be the perfect gathering place for family and friends and are excited to offer it as an amazing stay for your next large gathering.
This gated-community home with 5,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms (that sleeps 38!) offers gorgeous lake views, modern amenities, and plenty of creature comforts for relaxation and play. Enjoy playing pool, foosball, air hockey or watching a movie on one of 5 flat screen TVs. Enjoy breathtaking views from your own private Bullfrog hot tub on the back patio. The property also sits just across the street from the clubhouse, offering two heated swimming pools, water slide, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, and playground. The outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to early October.
Start the day watching the sunrise over the lake right from the master bedroom or deck. For all-season outdoor play, enjoy The Reserve’s 1800-foot private beach, miles of ATV and snowmobile trails accessible right from the property, or skiing at nearby Beaver Mountain.
