Walking distance to outlet shopping malls, restos and all amenities. A 2-minute car drive and you can choose between 2 ski hills or the sliding mountain. A 5-7 minute drive and you have 6 ski hills to choose from. In the summer, the water park is within a 1-minute drive and the outlet malls, restaurants, and all amenities including a health care clinic are within walking distance. A 5-minute drive to the Petit train du nord bike trail and a golf course to pass a summer or fall afternoon. No matter the season, this condo and its location will not disappoint. It is within walking distance to all amenities such as liquor store (SAQ), grocery (Super C), pharmacy (Uniprix), and numerous restaurants (Pizza 900, Petinos, Sushi Shop, Tim Horton, St. Hubert, Souvlaki Bar, Mr. Puffs, etc, etc). The picturesque town of St. Sauveur is a leisurely walk where you will find countless shops & restaurants, outlet mall shopping, the ski museum, Forest skating (John Molson Park), and even a Christmas store. By car, it is a short drive to all the local attractions, water park, ski hills, tobogganing, alpine coaster (summer & winter), hiking, Polar Bear & Nordic spa, mountain bike, golf and more. Inside, the condo has two balconies overlooking the greenery and the mountains plus one private parking & outdoor common visitor parking spaces. In addition to bedrooms, there is a queen hide-a-bed in living room, a single fold out bed in office and a single trundle bed under the king. The bathroom has a four piece jacuzzi bath, and the kitchen, granite countertops, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, under counter lighting, small appliances, cutlery and plates, all you bring are your groceries! The master bedroom also has a sink, small fridge, microwave, balcony, full bath, gas fireplace, eating nook and granite countertop. Air conditioning in bedroom for the warm summer months and a heat pump in the main unit. For extra privacy, the master bedroom is separate yet attached to the main condo. There is a washer & dryer in the condo. For work or pleasure there is a small open office off the main dining unit where you will find a fold away desk, games, comfortable seating and a fold up bed chair. At Stella Polare (The North Star), everything you need for a leisurely escape is at your fingertips, all you have to do is follow the "North Star" to the Laurentians.
