This three-story, lakefront home sits on the northern shore of Hayden Lake, right at the mouth of Cramps Bay. It feels quiet and secluded, yet it's also close to restaurants and breweries in town (less than four miles) and the arcade, go-karts, and mini-golf at Triple Play Family Fun Park (five miles). If you're looking to explore, Coeur d'Alene (10 miles), Silverwood Theme Park (15 miles), and the slopes of Silver Mountain (45 miles) and Schweitzer (54 miles) are nearby as well.
Each day here begins in the home gym, a glassed-in space with a smart TV and sweeping lake views where you can put in some time with the elliptical, the rowing machine, or the balance ball and weights. Then it's off to the elegant kitchen to brew coffee and down the steps to the dock to sip it at the water's edge.
After a gorgeous day spent swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or bass and trout fishing, come back up to the house for a golden hour barbecue on the paver patio, complete with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining set. When the evening air turns crisp, you need not leave the view behind as you move inside to stream movies and play board games by the fireplace in the great room.
