☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation

☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries, including toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆ We want you to have fun and enjoy your time at our property but ask that you respect the quiet hours that are from 10pm to 8am.
☆Tampering with exterior cameras and/or interior noise monitoring systems is prohibited and will have a penalty fee if tampered with.

Guest access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive use of the entire townhome and property, supported by reliable high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and streaming capability on all flat-screen TVs.
Parking spots (2) are available in front of the house.
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.
Pool key fob is located in the kitchen drawer. Please return the key prior to departure. Guests will have to pay a $50 replacement fee for any lost pool key fobs.
The drive to the house is accessible with GPS.
For guest safety and property security, the home has three exterior cameras: a doorbell at the front entrance, one overlooking the front balcony, and one covering the backyard (lounge furniture, grill, fire pit). Cameras are exterior only. A noise monitor tracks sound levels but does not record audio.

Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors and the community, quiet hours are in place (typically after 10 PM).
No Parties or Events: This home is intended for relaxing vacations. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

We absolutely love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs each) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. Please message us during the booking process so we can prepare the home.
As a reminder, guests are required to promptly clean up after their pets both inside the house and across the open yard. While we keep a small dog bed at the house for your convenience, we recommend bringing your dog's favorite blanket to ensure they feel comfortable.
Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets, and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check-out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
