This waterfront home is located 10 minutes from the heart of Indiana Amish Country, Shipshewana, and just 1 hour from Notre Dame!
The Space:
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has cozy vibes with pine trim and woodwork throughout. The kitchen has a beautiful copper ceiling and the spacious living room boasts a stunning view of the lake as well as a cozy fireplace! The garage space has been renovated recently to add the 2nd bath & 3rd Bedroom as well as additional living space, kitchenette & still to come- a game room area!
You'll want to spend as much time on the back patio as possible! Bring your fishing pole & fish from the dock, grill your dinner & eat outside while you take in the view, then roast s'mores over the fire under the stars!
The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies, including olive oil & salt & pepper. Currently the only kitchen seating is at the bar.
We supply a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent. We encourage bringing or purchasing additional supplies if you anticipate needing more.

We have 2 kayaks & a canoe available for use!
You are welcome to bring your own boat to dock at our pier. We do not have one available to rent.
Pigeon Lake is a no wake lake with a 5mph speed limit

Our retreat is located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood!
Please be respectful of the neighbors & observe quiet time after 10PM
Other Things to Note:
We have a 3 seat canoe and 2 kayaks. If you have children, please bring an appropriate life jacket for them.
You are also welcome to bring your own boat or kayaks or paddle boards. We are located right next to the public access.
Swimming is available off the dock. Lakes are often unpredictable so please are safety precautions & have children wear life jackets.
