Bring your own boat or rent one from the local marina, Powell Valley Resort or Flat Hollow Marina. The free boat launch is located minutes from the property.
This cozy NONSMOKING home offers on the main level a spacious living room with a full kitchen and dining room for entertaining your guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. A bunk room provides fun for the little ones and/or teenagers alike. There is a half bath & washer/dryer room. The second level has a bedroom with two queen beds with a full private bath. There is a spacious entertainment room with another queen bed. The walkout on the lower level allows you to stroll out onto the deck overlooking the lake. All rooms have a view of the lake except the half bath and full bath downstairs.
The home has four TVs with satellite connectivity. Free Wi-Fi is provided on the property. A grill for the gourmet chef and an outdoor fire pit for late evening campfire fun is a must. The clear deep water of the lake has excellent catches of striped bass, cat fish, walleye, large/small mouth bass, bluegill, and crappie.
