*Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the 1st and 2nd floors of this 3-story home (the total guest space is 4,700 sq ft, five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and the front yard and stone patio overlooking Lake Phalen). There is separate private access via the three-season porch. A shared driveway can accommodate two cars, and additional street parking is available. Our focus is your privacy while renting Lake Phalen Place.
*Separate Owner`s Suite: The home`s lower level (basement) includes a separate private owner`s suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; it`s a separate entry. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Owner`s Suite, backyard patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private owner`s suite at any time. We prioritize our Guests` privacy.
